The homcraver.com websites, and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) is a service of in regard to Business branding & Real Estate Investment Services, Inc., a Texas corporation with headquarters located in Dallas TX (“Home Craver LLC” or “we”). We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain our information practices related to our current, prospective, and former clients as well as other visitors to our website located at www.homecraver.com and other websites linked to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also explains the rights and choices you may have with regards to your Personal Information (defined below). By accessing or using the Site or otherwise providing us with Personal Information, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will also revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Privacy Policy can be reviewed by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link located at the bottom of our web pages.

What personal information do we collect?

We collect Personal Information about our clients, potential clients, and other people who interact with our business. In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual. The types of Personal Information we may collect are grouped into categories as follows:

Professional or Employment Information. For instance, we may collect this information when you provide us with your role, your company’s name, and/or an email address from your business or place of employment.

Inferences from the Above Categories Used to Profile. We may use various pieces of Personal Information in the categories noted above to create a profile for you.

Sensitive Personal Information. We may collect certain information that is considered to be sensitive under certain privacy laws, such as log-in credentials. When you choose to provide materials to us, we will also collect any sensitive information contained in those materials, like Social Security numbers.

How do we collect (what are the sources of) your personal information?

We collect Personal Information from a variety of sources, including from you, from our service providers, through your transactions with our affiliates, and through your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties (like our business partners and social media websites). For instance, we collect Personal Information from you, including when (i) you apply for our products or services; (ii) you create an account on our website; (iii) you request marketing information be sent to you; (iv) you enter a competition, promotion or survey; (v) you give us feedback or contact us; (vi) you use this Site or use any of our services; (vii) you update or modify information that is maintained on the Site; (viii) you register for an event; or (ix) you otherwise provide information to us. We also collect some Personal Information, like Internet or Network Activity, through the automated technologies.

How do we use your Personal Information?

We use Personal Information as permitted by law and for our everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions and maintain account(s). How do we share your Personal Information?

Our Service Providers

We may have a business purpose to disclose Personal Information about you to our service providers (“Service Providers”) who will use your Personal Information to perform functions on our behalf. These Service Providers may provide a variety of services to us including, without limitation, processing and storing user information and data, updating your customer information records in our database (including address verification), conducting marketing and promotions, assisting with underwriting, and sending or coordinating the sending of marketing communications on our behalf

Affiliates and Related Parties

An affiliate is a business controlling, controlled by or under common control of Home Craver LLC, which may or may not share branding with Home Craver LLC. To the extent that these disclosures would be considered “sales” under applicable law, you can opt out of these disclosures as described below.

We may disclose Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties that we have selected as business partners, and these third parties have their own privacy policies that govern how they process your Personal Information. You can opt out of these disclosures as described below.

Advertising Providers

As described in the below “What about cookies and similar technologies” section of this Privacy Policy, we allow third-party advertising providers to collect limited Personal Information on the Site.

Others

We may disclose Personal Information with other parties with your consent, at your direction, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of information collection or sharing. We may also disclose information in aggregate form without limitation, including to third parties like advertisers and business partners.

What about cookies and similar technologies?

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“advertising providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non- affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information advertising providers collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or mobile device, you may need to renew your opt-out choices exercised through the DAA Web choices tool. Note that electing to opt out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.

We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time for non-advertising purposes. Home Craver LLC uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Site and for analytics and marketing purposes. What about California privacy rights?

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) related to Personal Information that is collected by businesses, like Home Craver LLC. We take our obligations under the CCPA very seriously and have modeled this Privacy Policy to include the protections afforded California residents under the CCPA. We also offer these options to individuals who are not California residents, although we reserve the right to limit or decline the request in our discretion where permitted by applicable law. In particular, if you are a California resident, the below rights may be available to you under the CCPA, subject to certain exceptions and limitations:

  • You have the right to request from us (i) the categories of Personal Information we collect, including the categories of sources from which we collected such information, our purposes for collecting or disclosing such information, and the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed such information; and (ii) the specific pieces of Personal Information we collect.
  • You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we collected from you.
  • You have the right to request that we correct Personal Information we maintain about you.
  • You have the right to opt out of disclosures of Personal Information that are considered “sales” under the CCPA, such as when we disclose Personal Information to select business partners to communicate with you about other investments that may be relevant for your business.
  • You have the right to opt out of “sharing” of your Personal Information for certain advertising practices (see details below).
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.

While the CCPA provides an opt-out opportunity for certain uses or disclosures of “sensitive personal information” (as defined by the CCPA), we use and disclose this information only for purposes permitted by the CCPA that do not require an opt-out opportunity.

As noted above, we may share Personal Information for interest-based advertising purposes (also known as “cross-context behavioral advertising”) by allowing third-party advertising providers to collect data as described above under the “What about cookies and similar technologies” section of this Privacy Policy. You can exercise your right to opt out of this sharing by using the tools described in that section.

Once a request is received, we will process the request and respond within the time period required by law. If you would like us to respond via post, please include a return address with your request.

Regardless of your state of residence, you may also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by unsubscribing to messages you receive from us; OR by contacting us as described below. How do we protect the security of your Personal Information?

We maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to Personal Information. However, although we employ such safeguards, information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems connected to the Internet is never 100% secure. As a result, we cannot nor do we ensure, warrant, or guarantee the security or integrity of such information.

Does the Site contain links to other websites?

While you are using the Site, you may be linked or directed to other thirdparty websites outside of the Site that are beyond our control. A link to a third party’s website does not mean that we endorse it or that we are affiliated with it. You access such third-party websites or content at your own risk. How long will you retain my Personal Information?

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the business purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your Personal Information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
